The 6-foot-6 Parker, who is originally from France, averaged 15.8 points and 4.9 rebounds per game while shooting 49.3 percent from the field and 38.6 percent from 3-point range this season. He helped lead the Sooners to a 24-7 record and a spot in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament.
“Tony Parker has had an amazing season,” said Sporting News college basketball columnist Mike DeCourcy in a statement. “He’s been OU’s best player and one of the country’s most electric scorers.”
